LONDON, Jan 24 (Reuters) - Manchester City returned to winning ways with a 2-0 defeat of bottom club Wolverhampton Wanderers moving them four points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal on Saturday but Liverpool's woes continued with a last-gasp 3-2 loss at Bournemouth.

New signings could hold the key to a Premier League title challenge resurgence.

Omar Marmoush and Antoine Semenyo scored early and Marc Guehi impressed on debut as Manchester City ended their winless run with a 2-0 win over 20th-place Wolves the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

Manchester City made light work of Wolves in the Premier League, but it was Wrexham that stole the spotlight. The Welsh side enjoyed a movie-script ending for their Hollywood owners, coming from 2-1 down against QPR in stoppage-time to win 3-2.
