An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent fatally shot a woman in her car during operations in Minneapolis on Wednesday, according to the Department of Homeland Security, and the Minneapolis mayor is disputing the government's claims surrounding what led up to the shooting.

Baltimore Police on Monday arrested 24-year-old Warren Avery Mackey in connection with the death of Kennard Miller, 37, and the shooting of another unnamed 35-year-old man. Mackey faces charges of first-degree murder and first-degree attempted murder, police said.

Daniel Ernesto Zamora, 20, was charged with second-degree murder, in connection with the Jan. 2 shooting death of Manuel Fonseca, 25, according to court documents. He was also charged with the felony offense of aggravated assault in connection with the shooting that also wounded a second man, the documents said.

Vancouver police officers repeatedly asked the man to put down his gun before firing multiple rounds, killing him.

RIVIERA BEACH — A 23-year-old Lake Park man has died from injuries he sustained in a Jan. 2 shooting in Riviera Beach, police said. Investigators identified the victim as Christopher Coleman.
