The first picture is no rivatuner, The 2nd picture is capping my fps ( to 140fps ) with rivatuner, The game feels much better in 2nd settings. The 1% lows are almost consistent with the normal framerate. If anyone are suffering from micoshutter despite good fps, You can try fps capping with rivatuner and see if its helps you or not, If i dont cap my fps with rivatuner. I get 180 average fps but the game feels like 60hz cause my lows are 70-80. The heavy feeling and microshutter highly noticiable
