I don’t know how people switch back and forth between different types of pointe shoes so easily. Whenever I try a new brand, I’m always so afraid I’m going to break my ankle, especially when moving quickly (which requires instinct over thoughtfulness) or executing more difficult and complicated steps. Right now, I’m getting over the fear of turning and am adjusting to a new balance, so small moments like these definitely contribute to my confidence, hence the little victory dance 😅 | Skylar Bra
