I honestly don’t know if anyone ever told him the truth 😂 I love how the changes Kevin proposed in 1992 restored some of the history of this iconic attraction, including changing its name back to Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress. He also knew an entire generation wasn’t familiar with the original Sherman brother’s song, so that’s why he wanted to bring it back as well. But Kevin also “plussed” the attraction in his own way by adding celebrations to each scene, like Halloween and Fourth of Jul
