I’ve never had menstrual issues at my level of leanness and yes, it’s obviously huge in part of the fact that I’m an ectomorph with v efficient metabolism (naturally skinny), so I don’t put on that much weight anyways. BUT I also workkk my itty bitty booty in the gym strength training which also further boost my already fast metabolism.. getting it now? All that to say that I don’t restrict my eating and still enjoy the things I love
